A New Chapter for Rolls-Royce
Rolls-Royce has been carefully considering their options.
The British car manufacturer wants to stay current as style and technology evolve, but Rolls-Royce has an extraordinary legacy that many of the company’s biggest fans appreciate.
How does a company stay current while still living up to the expectations and standards set by over a century of tradition?
Pure Inspiration
Few details have been released, but Rolls-Royce’s next vehicle will be a Dawn.
The last Rolls-Royce Dawn (pictured in the previous slide) had a very limited run. Only 28 were ever made. All 28 were made between 1950 and 1954. The scarcity and beauty of the 1950’s Dawn has left a mark on history.
The classic Dawn is one of the world’s most coveted cars.
This historic and beloved vehicle is inspiring the next era of Rolls-Royce – in both design and philosophy.
CEO of Rolls-Royce on the New Dawn
Rolls-Royce CEO Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes spoke at an exclusive event held to reveal the Dawn and the new era of Rolls-Royce that comes with it. “Our new Rolls-Royce Dawn promises a striking,
seductive encounter like no other Rolls-Royce to date. Dawn is a beautiful new open-top motor car with a name that suggests the fresh opportunities that every new day holds – an awakening, an opening up of one’s senses and a burst of sunshine. It will be the most social of super-luxury motor cars for those beautiful people who wish to bathe in the sunlight of the world’s social hotspots.”
What We Know So Far
The next Rolls-Royce will be a revival of the classic Dawn.
It’s expected that the Dawn will share the specs of the latest Wraith. Twin-turbocharged 6.6 liter V12 engine 624 horsepower 800 Nm of torque 0-60 in 4.4 seconds Electronically controlled air suspension Most intelligent drive train featured in a Rolls-Royce
