Who are they??

• They are a student organization at UW that is striving to build, design and race an environmentally friendly sled in the annual Clean Snowmobile Challenge(CSC)

• All students can join from any faculty and the project is guided by the department of mechanical and mechatronics engineering

The challenge

• The Clean Snowmobile Challenge (CSC) is an annual design competition for college and university students held by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE).

• The challenge is to modify a stock snowmobile to reduce exhaust emissions and noise while improving performance.
