Richards Body Shop motto is to guarantee every person who comes in contact with
Richard’s Body Shop has the “Richard’s Experience”. This has been our motto
since we first opened our doors. Now with two locations and over 25 years later we
still have the same approach to our business. It is our commitment to our customers
to insure that they are not only completely satisfied but we insure that they have a
stress free experience. Our customer service representatives walk all of our
customers through all the aspects of the claim process. Our trained and
professional staff is always willing and ready to answer all questions related to the
insurance claim and repairs. We pride ourselves in always having up the minute
knowledge in the most current, state of the art, and innovative repair process in the
industry. Because we strive for this excellence we always are looking for ways to
improve our shop and ourselves.

Body Shop is devoted to go beyond and surpass our customer’s expectations. We
strive to be the best in every aspect of the industry. We feel our multiple shops are
an extension of ourselves thus we strive to have outstanding leadership,
negotiation, and customer service and communication skills. As a family business
we consider our employees part of our family that is why our relationship with our

Richard’s Body Shop’s primary services include full collision, reconstruction, steel
and aluminum bodywork and painting. Richard’s Body Shop handles full collision
and mechanical repairs that are collision related in house; including air condition
certified, air bag replacement and diagnosis, and realignment of suspensions.
