Leveraging long-established technologies, the Ryobi New Casting (RNC) die casting production system makes extremely strong, high-quality die cast products possible by dramatically reducing internal defects. In addition, Ryobi is developing many high-quality die cast components for diverse functions using proprietary technologies such as the collapsible Ryobi Imperva Core (RIC), the technology for the die casting of hollow structures, and high-vacuum casting of specialty aluminum alloys for welding and heat treatment.
