Positioning of Clamps in T-Slot

The flexible ROLLBLOC HollowPiston Clamps and ROLLBLOC SlidingClamps can be used in a wide rangeof applications. The associated park stations (diechange) are set up on hydraulic distributor plates. They can beoptionally equipped with a non-return valve.

Stationary Mounted Die Clamps

When using die subplates, ROLL-BLOC Clamping Bar and ROLLBLOCWedge Clamps offer an additionalrationalization potential as theclamping system can be fully auto-mated.

ROLLBLOC Die Lifters for DIN 650 T-Slots

These die loading arms make for asafe and reliable transfer station fordies that are transported with theaid of a crane or stacker truck. Theneedle bearing-mounted load carry-ing rollers of the ROLLBLOC DieLoading Arms ensure smooth, linearmovement of the die from andonto the press bed.

There is a choice of different typesof swivel action and swivel direc-tion depending on the workingradius, overall width between thedie loading arms and the press configuration.

Fixed mounted ROLLBLOC Swivel Die Loading Arms

ROLLBLOC Die Loading Arms andROLLBLOC Die Loading Arms withprop supports can be attached inthe fixed mounting hooks onlywhen required. These die loadingarms can therefore also be used onseveral presses.

Portable ROLLBLOC Die Loading Arms with mounting hooks

Spring force versionThe load carrying elements, i.e. ballor roller, are individually supportedby springs. The load carrying ele-ments are 'lowered' by the clamp-ing action of the die.

Hydraulic versionROLLBLOC Ball-Type Die Lifters generate the load bearing and lifting function at 40 bar and theROLLBLOC Roller-Type Die Lifters at 80 bar operating pressure. The hydraulic system of the presscan be used for this purpose – or a ROLLBLOC Hydraulic Unit or the ROLLBLOC Pump for manual operation.

Dies can be moved effortlessly andpositioned precisely on the ball- or roller-mounted load carrying elements by one person.
