First of all what attracted my audience was the masthead. It was bold and related to my target audience very well as it is a stereotypical type of word my niche audience would use in their everyday life so I thought it would be a good way to relate to them. The colour scheme and fonts were very bold which also catches the eye of the audience and the fact that I included some of the current hottest names in the genre today in the UK as a cover line on the front page, It will make a Hip-Hop/Grime lover want to buy the magazine.

My use of Language was also very important when typing up the interview as relating to the target audience was very essential. The interview was written in a question and answer format and I used informal language to relate to the age range of my target audience which is between the ages of 12-28, however I did not over do the use of slang to still keep professionalism in my magazine. In preparation for my magazine I pitched my ideas to a sample audience who gave me some positive feedback, they said they liked the name of my magazine because it related to the audience however my target audience was to narrow. Initially when planning my magazine to pitch to the audience I did not plan my magazine outcome as effectively as I should have but I think I took the feedback on board although I still stuck to have a niche audience.
