Centrifugal Oil Cleaner removes very fine dirt from oil upto 1u and below, by centrifugal force created in centrifuge rotor. Conventional filters cannot remove such fine dirt form oil. There are no consumables hence no recurring cost. Collected dirt can be easily cleaned and the unit put back to use again. With clean oil, wear of tools and dies is reduced and job finished is improved. The oil need not be replaced frequently, thereby saving substantially on oil expenses and protecting environment.

Oil enters the centrifuge under pressure and flows into rotor thru hollow rotor shaft. The oil pressure and flow is converted in rotational energy asoil escapes through Rotorjets, producing speed upto 8000 rpm. The resultant centrifugal force removes dirt fromengine oil , depositing it on the inner wall of rotor in a densecake form. Clean oil drains back to the engine oil by gravity. 8.
Full Flow Filter & By-pass Centrifugal Oil Cleaner
Full flow filter carries entire oil flowing to various enginecomponents, hence it has coarse filter element of 30 to 50 (to meet the flow requirement of engine components). It removeslarge particles, however fine particles remain in the oil. Centrifugal oil cleaner is installed in bypass line.
