2015 Was my best year, I didn't sell my most cars, or make my most money ever, but I had a great year working 25 weeks and the other 27 with my Family.

disappointment from many different forces. You just can't

let that keep you in a hole.

How do YOU become a champion?

You must market yourself to your neighbors, friends, family, and the rest

of your community. It's YOU who will reach people for YOU above anyone else. Is you rely on everyone else... Don't hold

Make sure you are further training, watching the best,

investing in yourself, and staying on top of what's new. Never

forget it's a Salesperson with a pen making all the sales.

Be a part of your customers life. Get people talking about and referring you. The bigger the

customer base, the more repeat and referral business and the

When you have an opportunity, and even when you don't,

promote leasing. Leasing is the best way to create a residual

business, not to mention lower payments, no trade to haggle

about, no negative equity, you get them back every 2-3 years and they get accustomed to that.

To get to the point of ultimate success in car sales it takes all the things I stated above: Most importantly it takes a person who takes

their job as a profession

● Knows their product

● Cares about their customer, and shows that by listening and delivering what the customer wants in a way fair for all involved

● Takes the pain out of the process

● Delivers every time the customer has a need

BrandingBrand yourself, your profession, and your

passion for your product. Wear shirts with the

dealerships name on them. Advertise at your church, kids sports team/school. Send business cards and magnets everyone you

mail them. Leave a business card out front of every restaurant with a peg board. Whatever it

takes get your name out there.

Never forget your purpose, because without purpose you'll simply go through the motions, and never lose your passion or else you'll have a half hearted
