Idea 1

• Using charity, vintage and antiques shops to find vernacular photographs of families, Cities and work places.

• Change the meaning of the photograph by adding something or taking away.

• Scanning them into a computer and re-printing them.

Idea 2

• Collect images of X-rays of broken bones.

• I may circle where the break is or maybe leave it for the viewer to find it.

Page 5: Vernacular photography

• X-ray is used daily in hospitals and vets to see our bones under our skin.

• This takes away our personality, race and gender.

• But the broken bones will never be fully healed and personal to you.

Idea 3

• Setting up my own crime scene.

• Black and white film using a film camera.

• Back country road.

Page 7: Vernacular photography

• Crime scenes are used daily by the police to find out how the crime has been committed and maybe who.

• Showing a scene but not the crime, the viewer can take their own spin on it.
