1. Tribute to the TITANIC by MUNASHE MONICA RUPAZO
2. In her search for life in despair, It was then that she
found her survivor. In her anguish for someone to love, It was then
that her thirst was quenched.
3. Steady, steady! They yelled in the calm winds, Which waited
to devour the ship with frost.
4. Away the primary lives set off, Shooting fireworks into the
sky To light the misery on their confused faces. As if everything
was going to be alright.
5. In their sleep they fell into the pool, Dipping their souls
into sauce for death to devour. The ship was sinking into the belly
of the ocean. All quenched in fears for their husbands to come back
to them. Likewise did the children pray
6. Inventors and investors succumbed to the tragedy,
Catastrophe calling none brilliant to overcome. Only luck that a
man could find for himself.
7. The richest bribed for survival The poorest struggled for
survival. Holding onto prayers with stained hope.
8. Wealth had no meaning to her it gave not much she needed.
She would rather die a perfect mans whore Than to die a wealthy
heartless mans wife.
9. They locked them up in cages of suffocation, Yet fireworks
rose to the sky and never reached the limits, To light the misery
on their confused faces. As if everything was going to be
alright
10. Stay back, do not panic, the classic music played. She knew
deep inside her this would end, Her mind denied her to go and so
did her heart, Her face did not lie.
11. Too young to cry and too old to walk, Too rich to run and
too in love to let go, They died.
12. Too Hurt to leave and too confident to fail, Too proud to
accept, too pained to die, They died.
13. Swimming beyond the life boats, too many to live They died.
A diamond image, all that was left, All that was forgotten
14. Where they first met Where they last met, The ship sank
there.
