• Control measures to minimise hazards8. Allow extra breaks if working in hot conditions9. Make sure the model listens to instructions being given10. Make sure the model has enough space around her so that there is no chance of

being tripped up etc11. Do not take the model to outrageous location which will end up harming the model

or leads the model to not being able to perform to the best of her ability.

Both the model and photographer have to read and sigh the agreement form below if the is not agreed the photoshoot will not be able to go ahead with.
