Interior of Garage – this is the only location in which I will be filming as there is no other area shown in the film opening sequence. I think that this is the best location to film as the garage is very wide and so there is a lot of space to manoeuvre and film in. Furthermore, it suits the appearance of a small warehouse/isolated room with bright, disorientating lighting which is exactly how I want it to appear in the opening scene, when the protagonist awakes to the static noises of a fuzzy bright light.

Back of Garage – This will rarely be seen during the opening sequence as I am inclined to think that it will be much more useful for setting the camera up in this area, simply because it can provide a wide covering of the main interior where there is more space to film. However, these areas will briefly be seen when the antagonist enters through the door shown in the top right image. The junk is also useful as it shows that this could be an old/abandoned cluttered warehouse/storage area, and so the protagonist will be well concealed from external civilisation, adding to the film’s dark themes of helplessness and isolation.
