Delegation of Preparatory Work

• Leah and Amy – get in contact with potential venue’s in the next few days to see if this will be possible.

• Amy/Catherine – Sponsors.• Umi – spend time discussing work with graphic

designer. • Alex – Titles/models.• Catherine – potential places to display

posters/leaflets etc. • All – Complete the proposal form on Tuesday.• Umi – Costs/funding.

Cost Implications & Funding

• Looking for potential sponsors – may ask market stalls e.g. flowers and clothing.

• If we can’t find sponsors we are able to put in our own money (up to a max of £50 each).

• Online fund raiser – this would also raise awareness of our work.

• Possible gallery/printing/leaflets/mounting

Legal, Ethical and H&S Requirements

• Exhibition open to the public – young and elderly groups would be in contact with our work.

• We won’t have any nudity so would okay for under 16’s to view.

• If/when we find a venue we will have to get in contact with them and ask for a copy of their risk assessment.

• No wires from lights so no issues with health and safety there.

• Mounting – depending on venue. • No legal implications.

Face-to-face Meetings• Tuesday 15th/Wednesday 16th March 12.30pm – Will

have heard back from potential venue’s. If we haven’t confirmed one by then we will fall back onto magazine etc. and discuss this. Also get the proposal form finished and sent off.

• Friday 18th March 12pm – further planning and showing each other our work we showed on Thursday in the show & tell.

• Monday 4th April after lecture – Catch up after Easter. • Wednesday 6th April 1pm. (meeting/studio time).
