We are…

We are the Central European Stuckists based in Prague, Czech Republic. We have got inspired by the London Stuckists who had originated in 1999 with their Stuckists' Manifesto, 1999.

What are we trying to do?

• We are trying to bring attention to the contemporary decadent gallery space situation that prefers highly conceptual works of art.

• We are as well bringing attention to the contemporary situation of various cultural establishments (i.e. Turner price and its international equivalents) that over and over prefer conceptual artists.

What do we need to do it?

• We need to build a travelling gallery.• We need PR to advertise it. • It is going to be a case of an art orbiter visiting

major Stuckist cities, therefore we need approximately 40 000 euro.

• We would love to exhibit in London, Paris, Vienna, New Castle, Pittsburgh…

Why is our team the one to do it?

• We are humble artists.• If we are the group to make a change is is a question

that can be answered within a longer time period. This is an usual situation in the art historical discourse.

• However, we do believe in permanent values in culture, in leaving imprint for the human kind.

• We are against the transience of the conceptual art.• This project is similar to the principal of Antoine de

Saint-Exupéry: paint me a lamb… .
