GenreThe genre that I have chosen is a chilled out kind of folk rock. Indie pop vibe, but the song I have chosen is sort of slow and very chilled out. The artist in Alex Turner of the Arctic Monkeys so similar artists for this song would be Hozier, Ben Howard, Jake Bugg etc.

The Band and SongAlex Turner was asked to write a sound track for the film Submarine directed by Richard Ayoade. Turner changed his habitual rock style and delivered five different acoustic songs. The soundtrack reached 35 in the UK albums chart. The song Ive chosen, Stuck on the Puzzle, was released with the 4 other Indie folk/pop tracks on the 14 February 2011. The song and soundtrack was released by Domino Records and produced by James Ford who has worked with Alex Turner and the Arctic Monkeys plenty of times before.

Storyline and IdeaId like to follow a similar kind of storyline to what the actual film creates. In the film the main character Oliver, who struggles with being popular, falls for a girl called Jordanna who usually isnt his type and she plays very hard to get and is rather mysterious and different to how other girls her age act, and basically the story is of him trying to become the best boyfriend in the world.So I would like to follow a similar narrative to that in which a boy lusts for a girl and does his best to try and win her over and make her love him.

Location/Costume/PropsI think Im going to use everyday settings that are easy to access and near where I live so I will use places like open fields and parks and local streets, there is also a train track that goes past my house so it would be good to try and incorporate that.For the costumes I think Ill get my actors to wear summer typed clothes so like shorts and dresses and T-shirts.
