The M

eanin

g

The K-axis brand was created between the years of 2006-2007. The original purpose of the brand was to provide a visual representation of the artist (Kevin Taylor) and his surrounding environment. Mr. Taylor came up with name during a time when he frequently studied mathematics. The name (K-axis) shares similarities that are in relation to algebra’s x and y axes. Mr. Taylor often used the name during his time as a poet and a songwriter. Mr. Taylor would continue to use the name as a music producer, a communications director, fitness promoter and a customer service/business professional.

Here’s a look at the original K-axis logo. Yes, the picture quality is awful. Don’t remind me.

It’s quite easy to see where the origins of today’s logo came from.

The writing projects consisted of songs, poetry and novel concepts.

This (rough draft) revision was created between the years of 2009-2010. It is a vast improvement of the very first sketch. However, it was still a flawed design.

It was mostly used during the songwriting and poetry phase. Also, the date stamp on the picture is inaccurate due to battery removal and charging. However, it’s fairly close.

This was the same design as the previous one. The only adjustments that were made was the addition of color.

These minor revisions were made in 2011 and were used for  K•axis Music & Entertainment™. More brief revisions can be found on the next couple of slides.

The new logo was introduced during late 2011.

The new logo was also used in the promotion process of K•axis News Network™ during 2012. The 2011-12 logo was more professional but still somewhat raw.

The 2013 logo was the same as the 2011-12 edition. It wouldn’t be redesigned again until July 1 as a rough draft and finalized in February 2014.

During the year of 2013, this logo was mostly used to promote the news network and the 3rd and final installment of The Best of KME.

The news network ran its course for a good 7 months and was one of the highest rated live broadcasts on the Internet achieving a 5 star rating.

KNN was known as “The Balance Between Mainstream and Alternate Media.”

The Winter 2013 season. March 2, 2013.

The K•axis brand was starting to grow at this point as ratings and viewership of the news network increased.

An inside look at my old broadcast platform from the former BlogTV.

Some information has been shaded out to protect the identities of other online users. Some profile content is missing because the site was near the closing point and it was time to change platforms.

The original artwork for the new logo. 7/1/2013 1:48 pm. This design was a good start but it still needed some work. I took 7 months off (for much needed reasons) and continued the project the following year.

My signature was excluded from the document to prevent attempts of forgery.

During that 7 month break I played around with a few other ideas and concepts.

I also began to prepare an audio archive of my live broadcasts.

I picked up where I left off on February 2, 2014. I decided to stay with the upgraded format but I simplified it to reduce the clutter. The idea was to make the logo more clean, simple and professional.

Very few changes have been made since this revision. The brand and logo are primarily used in conjunction with K•axis Networking Source™

The new brand logo was first introduced on the KNS site in early 2014.

Every future K•axis product, service or creation will be branded with the latest brand logo. Past projects will retain their respective copyright logos according to release year.

This information consists of monthly sales estimates, monthly gross margin estimates, market analysis data, startup funding estimates, startup cost estimates and a ratios table.

Essential information for every business plan.

This information consists of a monthly profit graph and two balance sheets.

The concept never became a reality because I began to realize that there was too much local competition to stand a chance at starting a successful gym business.

• Mr. Taylor will continue to make forward progress with the K-axis brand by revising the logo.

• Mr. Taylor make sure that the K-axis brand is known worldwide via Internet/social media.

• Will continue to implement creative ideas and concepts to show the world my true capabilities.

• Will continue to share information with others to build a large and powerful group of business-minded professionals.

• Always looking forward to taking the next big step and in doing so, the K-axis brand will continue to grow.
