Photo on HTC one Canon EOS 1100D

These two photos are of the same subject but taken on two different devices a HTC smartphone and a Canon DSLR. The smart phone captures 8 million pixels, whereas the DSLR captures 12 million pixels. They are both on an ISO setting of 100 but the sensor on the DSLR is made with better quality glass, The smartphone camera has more noise because of this.
