30 SECONDS TO MARS

Thirty Seconds to Mars (commonly

stylized as 30 Seconds to Mars) is an American rock band from

Los Angeles, California, formed in 1998. The band consists of Jared Leto, Shannon Leto and Tomo

Miličević.

The band achieved worldwide fame with the release of their

second album A Beautiful Lie (2005),

which received multiple certifications

all over the world, including platinum in

the United States. The style of the

band's first studio album combined progressive metal

and space rock with influences and elements from

electronica

They have been compared to the sounds of artists

such as Pink Floyd, The Cure,

Tool, and U2, because of their

philosophical and spiritual lyrics,

concept albums and their use of experimental

music.

Shannon Leto

Shannon - is an American musician and songwriter who gained worldwide fame as the drummer for Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Shannon Leto was born in Bossier City, Louisiana.

His father remarried and

committed suicide when Shannon

was ten.Leto is known for his energetic live performances and his ability to blend

traditional and experimental

drum techniques.

Tomo Molichevich

Tomislav "Tomo" Miličević - is an American musician. He is the lead guitarist of the alternative rock band

Thirty Seconds to Mars.

Tomo was born in Sarajevo (then SFR Yugoslavia). He first came to the United States as a baby,

and went back and forth until the

family permanently emigrated to Troy, Michigan when he

was in the 3rd grade. He started writing his own

music by the age of 17. After

discovering heavy metal, Tomo told his

father that he wanted to play the guitar, and so they made one together.

Jared Leto

Jared Leto - is an American actor, singer, songwriter, and director. The lead singer of 30

seconds to Mars.

Leto is the lead vocalist, multi-

instrumentalist and main songwriter for

Thirty Seconds to Mars. Their debut

album, 30 Seconds to Mars (2002), was

released to positive reviews but only to limited success. The

band achieved worldwide fame with the release of their

second album A Beautiful Lie

Jared Leto was born in Bossier City, Louisiana

His parents divorced when he was a child, and he and his older brother Shannon

Leto lived with their mother and their maternal grandparents William Lee

Metrejon and Ruby Russell. His father

remarried and committed suicide. Leto grew up

listening to classic rock from Pink Floyd to Led Zeppelin and his first

musical instrument was a broken-down piano.

Leto formed the rock band Thirty Seconds to Mars in

1998 in Los Angeles, California with his brother Shannon Leto, with whom he had been playing music since his childhood. When

the group first started, Jared Leto did not allow his

position of Hollywood actor to be used in

promotion of the band. Their debut album had been in the works for a

couple of years

The best roles:Leto's next film was the

2009 science fiction drama Mr. Nobody, directed by

Jaco Van Dormael. He portrayed the title role of

Nemo Nobody, the last mortal on Earth after the human race has achieved quasi-immortality. His role

required him to play various versions of his

character, from 34 to 118 years old, spending six hours daily for the full

make-up and adopting the voice of an old-aged man.

Leto's performance as a transgender woman in Dallas Buyers Club (2013), and after that he became an Oscar winner.

from a wider and more varied range of styles.
