• to define and develop the passenger psychological model based on biometric measurements
• to define the set of sensors needed for obtaining both the necessary biometric and localisation information for each passenger
• to integrate all sensors in a comprehensive and efficient way creating a passenger personalised system
• to develop a smartphone application that will be the main information interface for the passenger while serving as communication gateway
• to provide the necessary incentives schemes for the take-up of the PASSME system
