When people hear about Manado, they usually think about 3B (Bubur Manado (Tinutuan), Bolevard, and Bunaken), but Manado also has many extreme cuisine. The local people there usually eat piton snakes, forest rats, dogs, monkey, and fruit bat. The extreme foods have much opportunity to discover, and one of the extreme cuisines that unusual is fruit bat, or in Minahasa language they call it paniki.
