offshoring, a national priority
The development of the outsourcing sector is one of the pillars of the Emergence program designed to promote seven key industrial sectors of the Moroccan economy.
The application of this program in the off shoring sector has lead to the creation of a network of business parks dedicated to this very specific activity and offering state of the art infrastructure at the best possible price.
These areas also benefit from financial and fiscal incentives provided by the government.

The MedZ Sourcing company was created in order to centralize the management of the offshoring parks in Morocco. On a day to day basis, this includes the conception and management of the office spaces, the daily management of the facilities available in the parks, and the assistance to any requirement made by the companies present in the parks.
Through these integrated and competitive services, Medz Sourcing therefore provides its clients with the best working conditions so that they can dedicate all their efforts to their business and growth.
This organization will be your single point of contact on site and will manage all your necessary interactions with public administrations, institutional agents and will introduce your company to the leading outsourcing providers in the market.
Two of these business parks are currently operative : Casanerashore in Casablanca and Technopolis in Rabat. This entire project was initiated by the government through the creation of a dedicated company called Medz, a subsidiary of CDG (Caisse des Dépôts et Gestion), for long the main instrument of the country for the implementation of national economic programs.
In 2011, the Offshoring and Technologies department of Medz became Medz Sourcing. This subsidiary has been from then on fully dedicated to the development of the Offshoring Business Parks in Morocco with one objective in mind : becoming the Mediterranean leader in the outsourcing business by 2015.
