Vis as independent engineer• ’80-’90: expanded to an international consultancy and engineering firm• ’90-’00: specialized in growers associations• 2000: operational energy consultancy & CHP• 2001: purchased by Westland Energy• 2007: together with Westland Energy purchased by Essent• 2009: together with Essen purchased by RWE• 2010: privatization (management buyout)
