Steps to Create Solicitor Goals

1 Open the solicitor’s constituent record.

2 If needed, select the Is a solicitor checkbox on the Bio 1 tab.

3 Click Details.

4 On the Goals tab, click New Goal.

5 Select the type of goal.

6 Use the binoculars to search for the campaign, fund, or appeal record.

7 Enter the goal details.

8 Click Save and Close.

Steps to Create Solicitor Assignments

1 Open the solicitor’s constituent record.

2 If needed, select the Is a solicitor checkbox on the Bio 1 tab.

3 Click Details.

4 On the Assignments tab, click New Assignment.

5 Use the binoculars to search for the constituent.

6 Enter the assignment details.

7 Click Save and Close.

Steps to Create Solicitor Dashboards

1 On the navigation bar, click Dashboards.

2 Select the dashboard page to update and click Customize or click New to create a new page.

3 Under Available Panels, select the panel you want to add.

4 Click Add.

5 Click Edit.

6 Define panel properties.

7 Click OK.
