Scope & Objectives

In this project we intend to build a system capable of rostering a large number (200+) of staff to a series of events. The scope includes the following:

S N A P S

1)  To successfully allow a user (being an administrator, manager or casual staff) to login to the system remotely through the web.

2)  Managers should be able to propose a shift and fill it with a proposed staff listing, and send an email to each of those staff asking them to accept or decline the shift by the specified date.

3)  Casual staff can accept or decline a shift online once they have logged in, and the system recognises this.

4) Managers and Administrators can view reports. 5) Administrators can create new events in the system.
