No automated system and ineffectiveness in information management.

New admission of student & update the new student’s details and track students.

New appointment of staff (teacher) & update the details of

the staff and track staff.

The staff in charge of the respective classes has to update the student files with their test marks for each term & keep track of their progress.

The staff in charge for the unions has to assign students for the appropriate posts according to their performance.

•Every term performance report of individual students is printed out for an evaluation.

•Provide student’s character certificate, leaving certificate & results sheet.

•Prior to the start of a new academic year class schedules & the subject schedules for the staff should be prepared & printed & distributed to the staff at the school.

•According to the comments revise the schedule & reprint.

• Final copy goes to the principle, staff & staff schedule file for reference.

• Staff request leave from management. • Their previous leaves have been checked & leaves will be

provide, their salary will be maintained according to their leaves.

• Salary pay slip and monthly leave report is printed.

Recommended information system for the problem statement is School Information Management System (SIMS).
