Facebook’s new discover people tool

What it is• A way to find people that you share something in
common with like where you live, interests, music, and groups you belong to
Where to find it• The tool is hidden in the “more” menu
underneath the friends, events, groups, and nearby places
• Facebook confirmed that they are just now starting and will gradually be available to all IOS and Android users soon
How it works• You will see a message that says “introduce
yourself” and if you click on it then you will be redirected to another screen where you can add a short bio of yourself and add photos
• Tap “Discover People” and you will be given a list of profiles you can swipe through and then be able to connect with (kind of like Tinder)
