OK, Now you’re where the good stuff is!

First, set up your profile

Profile

Entering the info into profile will carry through to all of your marketing material

A good picture is worth a thousand words!! (No high school pictures allowed! )

Once your profile is done…click on SAVE!!!

Now, let’s do some marketing! Click on Design Centre

You have choices of: Home Portfolio (your past projects are here) Design Gallery (this is for NEW stuff) Support

Select Design Gallery

“Double Click” on RLP folder

Select English or French

Now it’s time to choose a project!

Feature Sheets

Feature Sheets are one of the most popular design types on the Marketing Centre. Choose from over 25 professional design styles and formats (single-sided, double-sided or bilingual). Each template allows you to insert multiple property or area photos, property highlights, 1 or 2 agent photos, agent contact information, and remarks. Once complete, showcase the Feature Sheets to prospective buyers and agents by either printing or emailing them.

Suggestion: Consider creating a complimentary Property Card. A Property Card is a business card sized Feature Sheet that you can hand out to prospects or showcase at an open house.

Follow the same process as used previously to upload your own photo for all of the property photos

You may click on VIEW LAYOUT to see where the photos will be placed

Upload photos, type in Headline 1, NEXT

Add more photos, headline and bullets…use view layout if needed!

Clicking on this symbol takes you to the phrase assistant

You may find generic phrases, or your own phrases useful.

Fill in final headline and highlights.DONE!!!!!!!!
