Prototype develops applications in both English and Arabic, including native apps, web applications as well as cross platform mobile HTML5 applications. Our development capabilities include native development for major platforms including, WP7, Android, iOS, BlackBerry and Nokia.

Clients

Prototype was tasked to create awareness of the new version of Internet Explorer 9 and drive downloads. Rather than following a traditional online marketing approach we created an integrated campaign spread over various platforms. We engaged users by interacting with the target audience across different social media channels and generated traffic to a microsite, where users were able to participate in a prize draw.

In charge of the social media presence for Ahmeds Seddiqis’ new fashion brand 1915 we came up with a competition around mothers day. The competition increased the fan based by over 2000% in just 2 weeks and ad over 2000 people talking about it at peak times.

Gulf News a daily English language newspaper published from Dubai, in the United Arab Emirates appointed Prototype to design financial widgets for gulfnews.com one of the leading news websites in the region. The widgets had to be in line with the gulfnews.com design guidelines and be optimized for a high traffic news website receiving millions of impressions per month.

Prototype designed and developed the new iPhone application for Dubai FM. The app is available in Arabic language and allows users to stream live radio, send audio messages to the radio station, vote on shows and get the full show calendar on their phone.

Oman Insurance Company (PSC), is one of the leading insurance providers in the Middle East, headquartered in Dubai, UAE. OIC has 15 branches including the Head Office-Operational Branch and a strong presence in every Emirate in the UAE, the Sultanate of Oman and Qatar.Oman Insurance Company appointed Prototype to re-design and develop their online portal.

Online Portal

Prototype proposed the development of an online app that would make it easier for website owners to add the new pinning feature to their websites. The tool can generate dynamic jump lists by just following 4 simple steps and by pasting a line of JavaScript to a website.

Aramex is a global transportation and logistics services company providing a variety of express, logistics, freight forwarding and domestic distribution services. Prototype ported the existing Aramex iPhone application to the Windows Phone platform.
