Owner & Vendor eCheck• Secure and Simple - no more NACHA or CSV!

• Sign up & set authorized approvers right in AppFolio!

• Presidential, accountant and accounts payable users can be set as

authorized eCheck approvers.

• The Owner & Vendor eCheck feature and current NACHA or CSV files

cannot be simultaneously activated or used.

Owner & Vendor eCheck• Funds are deposited into recipients’ accounts the next business day as long as they are

processed before 7:00pm PST.

• Two -factor authentication is required to send eCheck payments - extremely secure!!

• Only $.50 per eCheck payment - billed monthly. Fees for rejected payments are refunded.
