Good: Open Source is better for innovation

We need open source tools, open protocols and open source implementations

Open Source + Open Innovation enables ad

empowers people

Safecast: Monitoring the Fukushima radiation levels

CLEAN

Against disposable design

Be concerned for long term user experience or

sustainability

Product should be easily given a new life, upgraded or

moved over to other cloud service providers.

Design & technology should also be universally accessible

and not a luxury.

FAIR

Connected products are paired with an online service, we need to make sure people

are not the product.

You must be and feel safe. In control of your data
