How to use CANVA

open your browser then type

www.canva.com

this is the CANVA page

you can either sign up using your

'Facebook account'

or sign up with your 'Google account'

or sign up with your 'Email account'

For this tutorial we'll sign up by email account

type in your 'Full name'

enter your 'Email address'

'Re-confirm' your email address

then type your 'Password & click Sign up'

CANVA has '3 options' of use

to use for 'Work'

for 'Personal'

or for 'Education'

Welcome to CANVA!

encircle are some of 'Ready made designs' that you can

use

click 'More' for other designs available

if you want to make your own

'dimensions'...

click 'Use custom dimensions'

edit the 'Width'

edit the 'Height'

then click 'Design'

for this 'Tutorial' we'll going to use

ready made designs

think of a project, let's say 'Facebook

post'

then you'll be directed to a 'New

page'

lay outs can either be 'Free or Paid'

FREE

PAID

after choosing, drag your chosen lay out to the 'Editing screen'

as sample we selected one

as 'Free'

to edit the text, click on the 'Text box'

you can change it's 'Font style'

adjust it's 'Font size'

adjust ‘Uppercase’

or put into ‘List’

aside from that adjust

it's text 'Alignment'

even adjust the

'Text spacing'

you can also adjust the

'Filter'

for this sample you

can also 'Crop' the

background

also you may 'Flip' to

vertical or horizontal

put 'Spacing' on the edges

adjust the document

'Colors'

to add 'Logo' ,on the

left side of screen you can click uploads

go to search and scroll

down to find your 'Best

logo'

choose and drag your

'chosen logo' to editing

screen

you can also upload your 'Own logo'

but for this tutorial we will use the ready made

logo

you can 'Edit or Change' the text by clicking it's

text box

point your curser into

the 'Dot edge' of the

logo to resize

here's the renamed and resized ready

made logo

look at the whole picture

of your image...if

need 'Spacing adjustment'

if you need to add another text box...

choose and click the textbox then add what 'Kind'

you want

you adjust the font size again to give space for the 'Subheading'

but to 'Save' time and

effort,

just 'copy' the other textboxes

so that the 'Same

pattern' will appear then click copy

on otherhand there is an 'Elements'

icon,

...where you can use Free

photos, grids, frames etc.

afterwards type your ‘Design title’

now that you know the editing

options apply as you want to your end

result

when your totally done, you can now 'share your

project'

you can 'share' via Facebook or Tweeter

you can 'Download'

or make it 'Public'

now as our sample we do

the it to 'Facebook

post'

by clicking the URL to copy and paste your URL address of

your Facebook

then click share to facebook post...

loading…

click 'share it now'...

then 'log in' to your Facebook account

finally, click 'post to Facebook'
