Our Equations

y = (x^3 - 10x^2 + 5x)

y = (x^3 - 4x)

Part AScientists discovered a new strain of bacteria. They found that the bacteria multiplies by an exponent of 3. They are testing an antibiotic on the bacteria that kills it by 10 times the original number of bacteria squared. But every time they add

the antibiotic, five times the original number of bacteria will become resistant

and thrive.
