- How to create mail box enable for a user :-> Go to active directory user and computer -> right click on OU -> new user -> give any name -> next ->check [√] create an exchange mail box

- How to create user without mail box enable :Go to active directory user and computer -> right click on OU -> new user -> give any name -> next

-> uncheck [ ] create an exchange mail box -> next -> finish.

How to establish external mail address:The feature is available only for user's without mail box -> Right click user (u1) ->all task -> go exchange task

go to option “establish mail address -> next ->

“ SMTP address -> ok

Email address -> u2@yahoo.com -> next.

How can create mailbox for existing users(this user create before install exchange server ) :-> Right click user (u1) ->all task -> go exchange task

How can open user mail box?Will open by use EXCHANGE 2003 CLIENTS (which software uses for open your account in exchange server)

1- out look web access:HTTP ://home .com /exchange /<user name>

2- out look express:

start -> program -> out look express

file -> identifies ->add new identifies ->

specify name “u1” ->ok

create new internal mail -> yes ->

display name ->next

Email address “ u1@home.com “->

specify incoming mail (pop3) (home.com) and outgoing mail(home.com) -> next ->

specify user account and password -> next -> finish

Note :- Some times synchronize not happen only after start (pop3) service form services options Start > program > administrative tools> services> pop3 start

By default the synchronize will happen after 30 min You can change to up to need just go to

Go to outlook express

Select Tools

Select Options

Check for new message every put your times by minutes

Check the out put by send message from one user to anther
