Steps to Copy an Event

1 Open the event record that you want to copy.

2 On the Event menu, click Copy Event. The new event record appears with the copied event information.

3 Enter the new event information.

4 Click Save and Close.

Steps to Create a Gift Default Set

1 On the Tools menu, select Organize/Create Defaults.

2 Select Gifts from the Create defaults for list.

3 Click New to create a new default set.

4 Enter data in the gift fields that will be the same for all gifts associated with the event.

5 Click Save and Close.

Steps to Link a Gift Default Set to an Event

1 Open the event record.

2 On the Event menu, click Gift Defaults.

3 Click the binoculars to select the default set you want to link the event to.

4 Determine how the receipt amount is calculated.

5 Click OK.
