Samsung and Apple are some of the mobile phone manufacturers that strive to catch people’s attentionwith unusual ideas on their devices such as the finger print scanning feature present on both theSamsung’s S5 and Apple’s iPhone 5.

However, a Chinese company, Estar may havebeaten them to the most innovative and futuristicfeature on a smartphone device.

A team of developers from the firm claim to havedeveloped the first ever smartphone – Estar TakeeOne – to be equipped with holographic interface.

According to a video recently released by the firm,the device uses four front-facing cameras and 3Ddisplay techology to track one’s eye movementsand generate three dimensional images in realtime, which to the user appear to be floating abovethe device’s screen.

The cameras can also recognize finger gestures thus one can operate the device by swiping in the air justabove the smartphone’s screen.
