PART 1. CLARITY

“The superfluous, a very necessary thing.”

Voltaire

We have a problem…

We need a perfect, permanent solution …

That does ALL THE THINGS!

And integrates everything seamlessly

And … make sure EVERYONE (who never cared before) likes it … right now

… well after you put together a committee … NO not THOSE people … you need another committee … and a

report … and a cat.

PART 2. SIMPLICITY

“In a minute there is time for decisions and revisions which a minute will reverse.”

T.S. Eliot

We do have a problem…

We need a solution for now(ish)…

That does SOME of THE THINGS!

And integrates everything seamlessly we will need to pare down everything

And … make sure EVERYONE (who never cared before) can use it … right now … No we wont have a committee … YES THOSE people … but we would

like a cat.

PART 3. USABILITY

“A child of five could understand this. Send someone to fetch a child of five.”

Groucho Marx

Is it easy to set up?

Is it easy to change?

Is it expensive?

Is there a community?

Can our staff use it … without 3 months of training?
