Technology is changing the way we go about our daily lives, opening up new opportunities to tackle issues. Traditionally, public services have tried to design solutions to civic problems on their own, even though the skills to tackle them and develop the technology was on their doorstep. That’s why KCC want collaborate with those who want to make Kent a better place to live through the use of technology. In his talk, Noel explains KCC's 'civic hacking' programme, inviting ideas and views from the audience on how Kent developers can get involved.
