Finding CC files

Advanced Search

Check >> “Include only Closed Captioned Titles”

Video (.asf) and CC (.smi) Files• Both files must have identical names• When downloaded, they look like this…

• Rename the files so they are exactly the same…

Closed Captioning Trick• Font Size

– Open the CC file in a text editing program like Notepad

– Locate the line of code that indicates “font size”

– Increase the font size from 10 to 30 (or whatever you prefer)

– Save the CC file
