Summary
Project Management is rooted in our Philips Excellence practices which form the stable base for our End2End Transformation journey.
Whilst the tooling is a core and key enabler, supporting processes (e.g. managing quality of data) and the management of change will be key to ensuring sustainable success across PPM.
