Problem Statement

The blow room is the first step of yarn manufacturing in spinning mills. Bales are taken to the blow room and prepared for the process.

Blow room is the backbone of yarn manufacturing process, For that we can find out its importance and trying to understand all the processes which are done in blow room.

When we use different types of fibers it´s necessary to make blend with exact proportion of each component.

Usually used technique is combination of bale opening, blending, feeding and opening process.

Conclusion

At the end of that project it is quit clear that how the different machineries of blow room are work.

It is also helpful to understand working principle and layout of blow room.

The three aims which were set in the beginnings are achieved.
