3rd-5th Grade Math SOL Findings February 21, 2007

What We Found:

Questions require students to read carefully. If students are rushing or not reading

carefully, mistakes can easily be made. For students to be successful they need to

learn test-taking skills as well as math skills.

In this presentation we will discuss specific questions together and identify strong and weak areas from last year’s math SOL tests for grades 3–5 (in 10-15 minutes or less).
