British Special Forces designed the Tough Mudder to test strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie. The event is a series of team challenges over a 10 to 12 mile long courses of muddy, grueling obstacles. The courses are designed by British Special Forces to test strength, stamina, mental grit, and camaraderie.
