1 The Burning ‘Buddhists’

They think that burning joss

sticks and other paper

paraphernalia is a MUST!

4

1 The Burning ‘Buddhists’

Oh!How much have they harmed Mother Nature!

Oh! The smoke is choking

me.

5

2 The Wesak ‘Buddhists’

These ‘once-a-year’ ‘Buddhists throng Temples, Societies & Associations to take part in rites and

rituals they don’t understand.

6

2 The Wesak ‘Buddhists’Are such ‘Buddhists’ practicing

to reduce theirGREED, HATRED and DELUSION?

7

3 The Intellectual ‘Buddhists’

These ‘Buddhists’ are like ‘Walking

Encyclopedias’ with their ‘Intellectual

Dhamma’. Little do they practice the

Dhamma.

8

3 The Intellectual ‘Buddhists’Such ‘Buddhists’

hardly practice Dana (Charity),

Sila (Morality) and

Bhavana (Spiritual and Mental Cultivation)

9

4 The Ceremonies ‘Buddhists’

Such people are caught up in lots of devotional rites, rituals and ceremonies.

10

4 The Ceremonies ‘Buddhists’

When will such people ever learn, understand, practice and realize the Sublime Teachings of The Buddha?

11

5 The Social ‘Buddhists’

Such people are more interested in socializing and having fun

rather than learning the Dhamma.

12

5 The Social ‘Buddhists’

Do such ‘Buddhists’ have a hidden business, political or ‘romantic’ agenda when they visit

temples and Dhamma Centers?

13

6 The Deity ‘Buddhists’

Such ‘Buddhists’ regard the Buddha or Kuan Yin as another deity to pray to

and ask for favors.

14

6 The Deity ‘Buddhists’

When will such people learn that Buddhists are NOT ‘Deity Worshippers’ but followers of

Buddha’s Teachings?

15

7 The Crisis Times ‘Buddhists’

Such ‘Buddhists’ only pray and appeal to Buddha or Kuan Yin or the Four-Face Buddha

in times of trouble, problems and danger.

16

7 The Crisis Times ‘Buddhists’

When will such ‘Buddhists’ realize that Blessings come NOT through Prayers but

understanding and practicing the Dhamma well?

17

8 The Preaching ‘Buddhists’

Such ‘Buddhists’ do a lot of talking, suggesting,

ordering and comanding. They project themselves as ‘Dhamma Experts’ but they hardly practice the

Dhamma.

18

8 The Preaching ‘Buddhists’

Such ‘Buddhists’ must walk the talk. They may be

intelligent and knowledgeable but lack

compassion and wisdom.

19

9 The Cultish ‘Buddhists’

Such deluded ‘Buddhists’ are led astray by cult leaders. The lack of

Dhamma realization causes them to become victims of cult groups.

20

9 The Cultish ‘Buddhists’

When will such ‘Buddhists’ realize that theymust only follow the Dhamma-Vinaya as the True Teacher? The Buddha said, “He who
