The harvest and the harvest team

vs 35, Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness. 36, When He saw the crowds, He had compassion on them, because they were and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.

37, Then He said to His disciples, The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. 38. Ask the Lord of the harvest therefore to send out workers into His harvest field”

“Don’t you have a saying, “it’s still four months until the harvest? I tell you, open your eyes and look at the fields! they are ripe for harvest.

THE SITUATION - The fields are ripe for harvest

THE NEED - The harvesters are few

THE SOLUTION - Pray to the Lord of the harvest to send more harvesters

Rom 10:15 And how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, "How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace and bring glad tidings of good things!"
