The Good and Beautiful God - a summary

DESCRIPTION

These slides were used during our church's workers' retreat. The book has been inspirational to me during my personal retreat, so I thought of sharing this to the team. It's a clear admission that though we are human, our God is good and beautiful no matter our circumstances. :-)

Workers’ Retreat

Jesus’ Direction We cannot change by our own will power. Only by the

power of the Holy Spirit, with the submission of:

The mind (repent, change in narratives)

The body (new practices)

Social aspect (change in environment, people)

We can change indirectly – Jesus taught in stories, parables.

Individual worship can be improved by Soul
