May we spread Loving-Kindness to all

May our Minds be bright and clear

The Buddha’s TeachingsI was told

Is far more precious than silver and gold

Although His words are centuries old

The ancient wisdom still holds

Let’s sing in praise and thank The Lord

Without His Teachings we would have not

The skilful means to liberation

From Samsara’s bonds

Open the doorof every heart

It’s time for us to make a start

To walk The Path and seek the TruthAnd to remove the evil roots

13May we be calm and peaceful

May we see things as they really are

Whenever you can, do find the timeTo observe the breath as well as the mind

Be calm, be still and you will findTruth beyond space and time

To Him we bow and pay Homage

May His Teachings the whole world pervade

May there be peace and love on EarthNow and forever

Share what you have while you still can

Be generous and

lend a hand
