1.  Focus on what makes us happy and comfortable. 2.  Create organizational systems that facilitate and

cater to mostly members. 3.  Call pirating members from other congregations growth. 4.  We gear the majority of our efforts toward baptism

instead of developing disciples. 5.  A neglect of the Titus 2 model of the older teaching and

training the younger. 6.  Young Adults not connected to the older generation. 7.  Lack of equipping members for works of service and

maturing. 8.  Church leaders spend most of their energy and time

trying to fix congregational problems and keeping members comfortable.

Genetically altered seed that cannot reproduce

1.  Being a Christian is more about attendance than maturing and discipleship.

2.  Church is something you go to instead of who you are. 3.  Christianity is more about being right on issues than

connecting and developing Christian friendships. 4.  Sharing Jesus with others is what certain people do in

a congregation but is not the responsibility of every Christian.
