Now letrsquos practice creating a test Procedure adding a Specification Task limiting the Task by Class and adding the Procedure to an Asset

To create a test Procedure click on the down arrow next to the New button and select Procedures

Type in the Procedure ID as PPP03TEST_YOURINITIALS

Type in the Procedure Name as PPP03Test_YourName

Navigate to the Tasks tab

Select Add Task Specificationhellip

Select View Specifications

Select Alignment as the Specification and select Apply to add to Procedure

Type in your name to the Description

Save your Procedure

Select Limit Task by Class for the Specification Task

Select AIR CONDITIONER as the Classification

Save your Procedure

Create a test Work Order and add Asset ID ELEARNING-ASSET

Prior to save add your test Procedure

Save the Work Order

Navigate to the Tasks tab

The Specification Task will not appear

Create another test Work Order and add Asset ID ELEARNING-ASSET-2

Prior to save add your test Procedure

Save the Work Order

Navigate to the Tasks tab

The Specification Task will now appear

You have now successfully completed creating a test Procedure adding a Specification task linking by Classification and adding to a Work Order
