How to use Prezi

Open your browser.

Type in prezi.com to your address bar.

Welcome to Prezi Home Page!

Click the “Get Started” button.

Choose your Prezi license.

Click “Continue Free”.

Fill-up the details.

Click “Create your Free Public Account”.

Click the“Get Started”

button.

Click “Start Creating”.

Then click “New Prezi”.

You will be redirected to a

new tab.

Choose a template that you

want to use.

Then click “Use Template”.

Welcome to Prezi Editing Screen!

Just like MS PowerPoint,

located on your left…

…are the slides listed in the order that they appear.

To edit a particular slide,

just click…

…on the slide on the left side of your screen,

…then that particular slide will zoom in.

You can now edit the texts and start your presentation.

A text tool box will appear…

…to help you in editing your slides.

For moving, maximizing and minimizing the

text box,

…just click on the text box itself.

Click the “hand icon” to

drag the text box.

Click the+

sign to maximize the text.

Then the-

sign to minimize the text.

Then continue to your other slides.

Notice that, in every slide,

…text boxes are immediately

included.

To add another text box, just click

anywhere…

…inside that particular slide.

For other options,

…you can also insert a lot of

things.

Moreover, click“Customize”to edit your

selected theme.

A Customize bar will appear.

You can choose from different background

colors.

Just click on your chosen background

color,

…then the rest of your slides will also

change.

You can always undo everything in Prezi, by clicking…

Click on the first slide to view the

whole presentation.

After you have edited all the

slides…

…and you still need an additional slide,

…just click on this part of the screen..

You can even choose from

different styles of slides..

…by clicking..

After you have chosen a style,

..click it and it will appear on the editing screen.

Now, a new slide is part of the

presentation.

After editing your new slide,

…insert an arrow so the new slide would

be uniformed.

The presentation is now complete!

To view the final presentation, click

on..

Now go and impress your

audience!
