Initial situation

• The AIO offers IT products and services for the administration of the Canton Solothurn (internal IT service provider)

• Customers can order services and products via forms

• These forms need to be approved by authorities according to the ordered services/products

• Approved applications/orders > Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

• Challenges:

– Dynamic product/service catalogue

– «What» is my application status?

– Different versions of order forms

Staff with approval competencies is retrieved from a data base

The whole approval process is run with NINTEX

More than 2000 applications have been filed since the start.
